Wine Tasting Tour Personal, guided wine tasting tour in English for up to 8 people. Pick up from your hotel and visit 2 vineyards in the morning for tasting and an explanation of the wine making process. Drive through the most picturesque areas of the Loire, passing Chateaux and many of the prestigeous Vineyards.You will be able to see the rows of vines which are paramount to the production of these delicious wines. We then have a great local lunch in one of the many little restaurants and auberges which abound in the area. After a convivial meal of local produce we take in another vineyard in the afternoon before the return to your hotel. Hotel pick up taking in two vineyards in the morning for tasting and an explanation of the wine making process. A drive through look at the beautiful Loire Valley, the Chateaux and of course the vineyards stretching into the distance. Lunch at either a Gourmet Restaurant or one the several Michelin starred restaurants in the Loire region. This will give an insight into the local specialities coupled with some great local wine. Afterwards a leisurely visit to the last vineyard of the day before the return to your hotel. Cost 195€ per person. We had a great time, especially when we had to help with the labelling at the vineyard. We never expected to have such a hand's-on experience. Mr & Mrs Warr, Swindon Private Wine Tasting Tour This tour is completely personalised to your requirements. Vineyards chosen to complement your preference of wine. Lunch at the type of restaurant you prefer, from bistro to Michelin starred. We can include other places of interest, chateaux, museums even helicopter flights if you so wish. Available for up to 8 people. Prices are obviously dependant on your requirements but guideline prices from 490€ for 2 people. Gift Vouchers We are also able to offer gift vouchers for that special gift. We can discuss whether you want any added extras. We could for example give a special presentation pack with examples of the flagship wines from the vineyards we visit as a special something for your friends/family/clients to take back with them. Let us know and we can arrange everything. We can also advise on suitable accommodation if you are hoping to give a complete package as a gift. |
